Earn and Learn CT is an incentive and mentoring program which commences with selected Middle School students. It is a privately sponsored and community run program. We believe that with the right support system, every student can succeed.

By providing financial incentives and individual as well as group mentoring to each of our student "employees", we assist program participants in reaching their full academic and personal potential.
